Peter Bernard worked with 4 of the UK Board Directors of a large French Insurance Group. The project was enabling a step change in business performance through establishing a coaching culture within the top team and then cascading this through the entire organisation. The top team coaching established the behaviours and values required by individual Directors and then held them firmly accountable for the actions and demonstrable behaviours required by each individual to achieve their desired outcomes.

 

For many years Cathy Lasher has had a coaching relationship with an HR Director who has had various roles, including at a large public utility, a large private motoring organisation, and a large international automotive manufacturer. In addition to working as his business coach, Cathy has also been involved in working with his Boards of Directors in a team context as well as one to one, helping them with team communication issues and strategy development, as well as specific business challenges.
 

Martin Goodyer worked with the Finance Director of a large venture capital group. The FD was relatively new to the organisation and needed support with regard to both his personal and professional development.
