Coaching for Coaches

In 2010 our team at Notion, as part of our desire to promote and support continued excellence in the coaching sector, decided to extend our Business and Executive Coaching services to other coaches. We were also flattered to discover that hundreds of coaches were signing up to our mailing lists and downloading our resources!

We'd already been working with coaches on a regular basis; all of us have been business coaches to other coaches who have wanted to grow their coaching practices and amongst our team we have some of the UK's most experienced coach supervisors and coach trainers. We are regular speakers at coaching conferences and are also founder members of a number of coaching organisations in this country. We found that we were also spending more and more time working with HR directors keen to improve the performance of their internal coaching functions.

In response to this, we have dedicated this section of our website to helping coaches (both internal coaches and independent professional business and executive coaches) to continue to develop and excel.  We hope you enjoy reading it and find the content and the other articles and downloads across the website helpful.

Are you an Internal Coach for your organisation?
