Carol's business range has both breadth and depth. As a Senior Assurance Executive she acquired intimate knowledge of the systems and cultures of a wide range of organisations.

Then as regional Director of Resources she took a strategic role, with hands on operational experience of running a substantial professional services business with direct responsibility for over 400 professional staff.

Carol combines board level strategic experience with creative innovative thinking, along with a sophisticated financial skill set. The result is collaboration of the highest order: understanding and anticipating client needs, finding and implementing tailored solutions, and exceeding expectations with added value.

With an international client portfolio, Carol is an expert virtual coach, using Skype, webinars, e-learning and of course, telephone lines, to support clients as far afield as Australia, Africa, Canada and South America.

Her own work life balance is constantly under the spotlight as she manages her full-time career as business coach, trainer and writer; her family - husband and two teenage children, and achieving her own personal aspirations as an expert speaker.

Case Study: Award-winning Platinum Property Partners is the world’s first property investment franchise and the fastest growing premium franchise in UK history. Carol has a long standing coaching relationship with PPP, providing business and personal coaching to the founders, the head office team and the individual franchisee businesses. She has supported the founding team through a period of intense growth, working with them on time leverage and developing their leadership skills and style. In parallel, she coaches franchisees through business start-up, easing the transition from employee to business owner.

Case Study: Carol undertook executive coaching with a very senior member of the leadership team in a large global banking group on the area of upward relationships. The client reports to the board and there had been 3 changes in direct reporting line in the last 18 months. At that level senior ego is an issue plus there was a significant cultural leap for UK managers to adapt to a new international style. Carol worked with the client on a toolkit of transferrables to avoid ‘reinventing the wheel’ each time a new ego took the reigns.
