Jackie worked with the executive team of one of the largest land management companies in the UK. The executive coaching programme was around team performance and effective communication. Jackie worked with the team on their communication strategy and team leadership. She supported them to set goals and objectives and worked with them to enhance effective communication. The team were encouraged to identify individual and team responsibilities, methods of communication were discussed and actions agreed to achieve the stated goals. All the objectives were met, communication improved, staff now feel more valued and the executive team are more effective. When the results were measured by conducting interviews with all stakeholders, it was shown that customers have also been positively affected by the changes.
Jackie worked with several members of the Airbus senior leadership team to identify and enhance the key leadership behaviours that would most effectively support international teams going forward. The challenge was to change the somewhat hierarchical and aggressive leadership to a flatter structure so there was a more collaborative approach. The results of the coaching programme were significant. There was greater understanding, collaboration and clarity of communication. People felt supported at a time of critical importance as Airbus was in competition with Boeing and needed to increase production on a considerable scale. Overall, it was found there was less sick leave taken by senior staff, staff became more motivated and inspired to work to their full potential. The A380 aircraft was manufactured on time with the full co-operation of all four countries working together, despite their initial differences.

Jackie's support has been invaluable in helping me to clarify objectives and roles & responsibilities for a centre of competence with about 1800 employees. I have worked with Jackie on several occasions over the years, both for myself and team members, and always found her focused, well prepared and very personable. She is highly professional, warm and perceptive. When we really needed help, the first person we thought of was Jackie. Very importantly, working with her is fun!"Operations Manager, Cactus
I have worked with Jackie as a personal coach on and off for the past 18 years and I have found that her easy to understand concepts and her communication is clear and very effective. The use of Clean Language for example, has been helpful for me as an Englishman leading multinational organisations and has also been invaluable as it helped me build strong leadership teams throughout my career. I use Jackie’s concepts in my day-to-day coaching with my multinational team, which has helped them develop their leadership capabilities. Finally, it is good to see that coaching is being recognised as a key tool for all leaders and managers globally."by Ian Dawkins CEO ITC Global Head of Global Network OperationPanasonic Avionics
During the course of 2015, I benefitted enormously from a series of individual coaching sessions with Jackie. As I bedded into a new role at LSE, managing a significant-sized team of major gift fundraisers, Jackie coached me in a variety of management tools and techniques, to help me be successful in managing this highly talented group of fundraisers. It was not only the practical business tools with which Jackie was able to provide me that were so beneficial, but the softer skills of mindfulness, approach and adaptability which have proven so valuable to me, both personally and as a manager, since we began working together.
Jackie has particularly assisted me with tools for team building and development, essential as most of the team were new, including guidance on mentoring individuals and specific situations. She has also been invaluable in providing guidance and ways forwards in other areas, such as managing challenging colleague situations. Her warmth, presence and wise counsel, and her ability to bring out the best solutions, have given me the tools I’ve needed to grow and develop as a manager. I look forward to continuing to work with Jackie as a management coach as my career progresses at LSE."by Suze Anderson, Head of Major Gifts, London School of Economics and Political Science
Jackie is helping me train toward my ILM Level 5 coaching qualification. Her style and manner make the subject relevant and accessible, with good examples and helpful practical exercises. My increased understanding of coaching and the impact that it can have has informed all aspects of my professional life. Her guidance and support has been instrumental in developing an internal coaching network and her involvement and expertise on the wider context issues have been invaluable."by Katie Mugford, Bath Spa University
