Michele’s background in psychology, human resources and organisation development combined with her work as an executive coach gives her incredible insight into the people component of business. Michele has a psychology degree and is chartered fellow of the CIPD. With diplomas in coaching and coaching supervision, Michele is an accredited senior practitioner (EMCC) and a member of the BPS Register. Michele is also qualified in occupational test use and is a practitioner of MBTI, TalentQ, FIRO B and Hogan.
Additionally, Michele has a huge amount of experience coaching teams and has completed team coaching programmes at Ashridge Executive Education and also holds a certificate in systemic team coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. Michele is based in the UK and works globally.

Michele coached 4 leaders in a communications and technology company to help them improve their weak employee engagement scores. Their scores required a lift because of their seniority and impact over large parts of the business. As a result of the coaching, they all achieved significant increases in employee engagement scores over a 12 month period.
Michele worked worked with 2 senior employees in a UK charity whose work was inter-dependent and whose relationship had broken down. Both had key and specialist talents that are difficult to recruit and difficult to replace. Michele coached them together – providing a safe space for them to have honest and constructive conversations and to mend their relationship. Consequently, both employees were retained, and they exceeded their joint financial growth (fundraising) targets.
Working with the executive team of a new enterprise in the automotive industry, Michele helped the team move from mistrust and cliques to commitment to shared goals, trust, and interdependency. Michele also helped the team to develop a collegiate approach to managing upwards in stressful times. As a result, they increased confidence in a very new territory and successfully launched a new car and company in Asia and Europe.
Michele coached a team of MOD Commanding Officers (leading an organisation of approximately 5000 staff) to lead the ‘whole organisation’ by developing clarity about their purpose and commission, in a changing landscape, with a very complex stakeholder map. Through a combination of team assessment, team coaching, and individual coaching with all team members about how they “show up” in the team, Michele helped them to build higher levels of trust and improve cross working and collaboration which enabled them to resolve some long standing and critical problems.
Through a combination of team assessment, team coaching and individual coaching, Michele was able to help a senior NHS team to move from competition, individualism and mistrust to greater trust and better communication.
