Join Our Executive Coaching and Training Associate Team

Note: We are not actively recruiting at the moment. Our next assessment centre will be running in May/June 2025. If you'd like to apply, please do so at any point before April 30th 2025, and we'll contact you again in late Spring 2025 to continue your application.

We are invite applications for associates to join our team in the following areas: 
  •  Senior Executive Coaches 
  • Coach Supervisors 
We're particularly interested in applications from Coaches who meet the following criteria: 
  •  Have a Senior Level background in Sales, or other Commercial area, prior to full time Coaching
 and/or
  • Can deliver coaching fluently in languages other than English, and/or have international business experience

Note: if your career background is in HR/L&D then please get in touch prior to starting the application process. We have a number of Associates in our team with this experience already, and don't want to waste your time if we'll be unable to service you with clients.

Our Recruitment Process

So you know what to expect, we thought it might be helpful to outline some of our recruitment processes and some of the basic criteria we look for.

Our recruitment process includes:

  • Completion Of Your Application including an submitting an application form, CV and filming some introductory video's of yourself
  • A Zoom Interview
  • An Assessment Centre That Includes:
    • A Coaching/Training Delivery Session
    • A Reflective Exercise
    • A Scenario Based Activity
  • Final Interview

Executive Coaches & Supervisors - Application

We pride ourselves on the expertise of our team and we believe it is one of our key USP's. Therefore, our minimum expectations are significantly higher than many other organisations and we never compromise.

Prior to contacting us please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum criteria:

  • You have Director Level / Senior Management Experience in Business prior to becoming a full-time Executive Coach
  • You have outstanding track records of delivering results for your coaching Clients (and can evidence this)
  • You are a fully Accredited Coach with additional relevant qualifications
  • You have run a successful full time Executive coaching practice for 5 years or more
