Example Case Studies
Whilst all of our coaches have worked at very senior levels, here are a few example Case Studies detailing the coaching some of Coaches have delivered;
Case Study: For many years Cathy has had a coaching relationship with an HR Director who has had various roles, including at a large public utility, a large private motoring organisation, and a large international automotive manufacturer. In addition to working as his business coach, Cathy has also been involved in working with his Boards of Directors in a team context as well as one to one, helping them with team communication issues and strategy development, as well as specific business challenges.
Case Study: Martin worked with the Finance Director of a large venture capital group. The FD was relatively new to the organisation and needed support with regard to both his personal and professional development. The specific areas of focus were improvements in his self-confidence and in the effectiveness of his communication. Post coaching the client reported significant improvements in his level of personal self –confidence, feeling able to deal with issues more easily and with less stress than prior to the coaching taking place. Informal stakeholder feedback had carried out determined that the client was now easier to deal with and that difficult issues were now being resolved with a greater level of satisfaction.
