Michele has impressive experience working alongside CEO’s and Directors and their executive teams on major change programmes which frequently include reorganisations, restructures, mergers and acquisitions, entering new markets, diversifying and expanding overseas. As a result she has extensive experience working with clients who are working in stressful environments and are overwhelmed. In addition to her raft of Executive Coaching qualifications Michele also has a Degree in Psychology.

This session is focused on enabling you to help your colleagues and yourself to overcome a state of ‘overwhelm’, de-stress and refocus. It will cover:

Helen is particularly skilled in coaching senior leaders in how to remain agile in their leadership in the persistently changing environment that they are operating. She understands how to help clients remain conscious to change both within and outside of the organisation, and create new strategies and habits to address these.
