Dominic, our MD, is a specialist in this area and delivers global role out programmes for large corporate organisations specifically around these subjects. He can design a programme to be delivered as a series of 1-to-1 half day workshops or full day sessions with small groups. Preparation is required for these programmes, they are highly interactive and include camera work.

Below we have detailed a typical programme that an individual candidate would experience. The programme can equally be designed for groups of up to 15 Senior Executives. 

Typical Programme length 9-12 months:

Workshop 1 - Bespoke training around current Business and Organisation Issues
This first workshop is focused on harder edged commercial tools aimed at improving Managers' ability to deliver to their KPIs and to drive immediate value into the business

1-to-1 Coaching
Each candidate will receive focused Executive Coaching to help embed learning and drive the capture of commercial benefits

Workshop 2 - Leadership Coaching for Commercial Impact
This workshop introduces advanced coaching and mentoring tools to help delegates leverage their own and their team's strengths for improved commercial performance

1-to-1 Coaching
Further Executive Coaching to help Managers' adopt leadership coaching and mentoring skills

Workshop 3 - Advanced Leadership Skills
The final workshop is focused on developing critical leadership skills around persuasive communication, managing difficult conversations, advanced influencing skills, stakeholder management and building executive presence.

1-to-1 Coaching
The final coaching session will ensure that a development roadmap is left in place for the Executive to further improve their performance and contribution

This programme can also be designed with a fast track timeline for Executives about to be promoted into a highly visible role needing immediate improvements.

The skills training elements of the Legendary Leadership programme can also be pulled together as a 3 day programme and incorporated onto corporate leadership development programmes.
