Client Development Executive

The role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people on the telephone and who can cultivate warm conversations in order to qualify a prospect’s needs. You’ll also need to be able to ‘put yourself in the picture’ as you’re speaking, so that you can steer the direction of the conversation, build the relationship and add value to the prospect as you also define the next steps to progress the conversation towards eventually winning business. Strong rapport building skills are a must for this role and you will need to be articulate with a great conversational style! We have a 5-step process to find our ideal Client Development Executive and to help you decide if you would love working with us every day.

  • Step 1: Apply online via Indeed.co.uk.
  • Step 2: Informal telecon where we learn a little more about you and your skills and experiences
  • Step 3: Attend a video interview and complete some online profiling tests
  • Step 4: A final face-to-face interview in our Head Office in Leamington Spa with some of the team and complete some short assessments. An opportunity for you to spend (up to a day, pending your availability) in the office to get a real sense of the environment and meet the people you will be working with. While you are here you will also conduct some simple tests exercises on Excel, PowerPoint and Word to test basic IT skills and your writing ability.
