We have a 4-step process to find our ideal Client Success Assistant and to help you decide if you would love working with us every day.

- Step 2: We'll review your application and if we think you could be a great fit for the role we'll email you a link to our online recruitment portal where we'll ask you to complete three short relevant tasks to assess your competencies and skills. We’re looking for you to show us you have the key skills we’re looking for.
- Step 3: A final face-to-face interview in Leamington Spa. This is the final hurdle – you are here because we like you and we think this could really work. You will be part of a small shortlist at this stage. This will be a straight forward interview with a chance to ask all your questions. This is also an opportunity for you to see the office and meet the people you will be working with in the team.
