Notion is a Double Finalist in the Learning Excellence Awards
Global coaching company Notion has been selected as a double finalist in the Learning Excellence Awards for its revolutionary 100% virtual management development programme, STAR® Manager.
The categories are:
- New Thinking and Innovation Category - for Best Digital Learning Award
- Outstanding Achievement Category - for Outstanding Innovation Award
STAR® Manager has been breaking new ground in the online learning space since 2018 and has already swept up an award for Most Innovative Learning Product UK.
It is also at the centre of a government trial in conjunction with the London School of Economics investigating the impact of the programme on management effectiveness and productivity in the SME sector. Early results indicate that the STAR® Manager programme increased management effectiveness and delivered a substantial ROI of 74 times - even after you incorporate all the built-up costs of the programme, including the salaried time to complete it.
It has also been hailed for its integration of subject expertise, robust instructional design and the strong technology platform which work seamlessly together.
STAR® Manager builds the capability of leaders and managers to develop great people and drive long-term sustained performance improvement and increase productivity and engagement.
The programme helps leaders and managers to adopt Operational Coaching™ as a preferred leadership style; this is Notion’s unique approach to leadership that helps to drive considerable success, both in terms of wide-scale behavioural change and outstanding commercial results, as validated by Notion’s long list of corporate sector clients.
Described as ‘better than a live programme’, STAR® Manager provides an innovative blended solution to a long term problem which fits perfectly into modern life. More recently, in the face of a global pandemic, it has also shown its robustness for learning critical new skills and delivering results despite the unprecedented circumstances.
Notion’s MD, Dominic Ashley-Timms, explained: “We’re delighted to be finalists in the Learning Excellence Awards. STAR® Manager is a fabulous, exciting and engaging learning journey that really increases managers’ capabilities using a wide range of activities…and it’s also a lot of fun. Since its launch STAR® Manager is now in 15 countries around the globe and, crucially, it’s helping individuals and organisations achieve impressive results at a time when they need it most.”
Announcement of the Winners and Awards of Merit will take place at 1.00pm on Friday April 16, 2021, during an online presentation of the awards.
