By way of some further information, below we have outlined various ways we can help you whether you already have an established Internal Coaching Culture or if you would like to create one from scratch.
For Organisations who do not currently have an Internal Coaching Function
- We start by offering a consultative approach to help you establish the right strategy to meet your organisational needs and budget
- Once the strategy and purpose of the internal coaching function has been established we can could offer coaching skills workshops for specific members of the organisation e.g. the executive team, the management team, the HR team etc. to ensure a coaching style is being used throughout the organisation
- We could also help you with the selection process to choose the best candidates to be trained as internal coaches
- Then we would train the internal Coaches with our Level 6 Certified Master Coach programme
- Finally we could support you in a variety of ways (including the options detailed below) to ensure the internal coaching function is a significant success and achieving high rates of utilisation, rave reviews and a good return on investment
For Organisations with established Internal Coaches
If you already have internal coaches in your organisation there are a number of ways we can work with you to continue to up-skill your existing coaches:

- CPD Sessions including Workshops, Masterclasses & Webinars on a wide range of subjects and in different formats to fit in with the organisational pressures of your coaches
