I'm a highly experienced Executive Coach having been coaching for over 20 years, both inside and outside of organisations. I understands the pressures, challenges and politics of being a senior Executive having been Director at one of the Big 4 organisations before I became a full-time Coach. As an aside from my coaching practice, during 2019 I'm President of a 4,500 strong prestigious membership organisation where I'm leading the board to design and implement innovative strategy and maintain change momentum.
A big part of what I do is build resilience so that my clients are constantly learning from the experiences they have.
