Benefits of the programme

  • It's Flexible - Complete just the first half of the programme and be certified to deliver coaching sessions within your organisation, or you can complete the full ILM7 Certificate.  If you choose to complete the 1st half initially, you can still 'upgrade' to the full ILM7 Certificate at anytime over the following 2 years.

We pride ourselves in offering only the UK’s top Executive Coaches and Tutors to train, supervise and develop new and qualified internal Executive Coaches as well as delivering top-class 1-to-1 and group Executive Coaching and Mentoring ourselves.

The Coaching Syllabus

Notion’s Certificate in Leadership Mentoring & Executive Coaching Programme consists of:

  • Induction Webinar
  • Q & A Conference Call
  • 3 x 2 day workshops
  • + 3 hours of Supervised Telephone Coaching Circles
  • + 12 hours of Peer Coaching
  • + 20 hours workplace coaching
  • + 2 hours of 1-to-1 tutorials
  • It is assessed by the submission of:
    •  a 5,000 word Research Assignment
    • A 2,000 word Reflective Self Assessment
    •  A 3,000-4,000 word Coaching Diary detailing the 20 hours of coaching delivered


Learning Methods

Each workshop includes:

  • Supported personal reflective learning across the workshops

Participants have access to all books included in the recommended reading list during each workshop day

Each programme participant receives:

o Hard copy of over 50 tools and resources covered on the programme

  • 10 audio files (MP3) of their personal coaching practice sessions with specific tips for improvements

Assessment

The Certificate is awarded to participants who successfully complete:

  • At least 47 hours’ guided learning and development by attending 6 days of workshops and 2 Supervised Coaching Circles
  • Complete the 3 written assignments
