An Introduction to Notion's Open Programmes
Notion’s ‘open’ programmes are an opportunity for senior HR, L&D professionals and other operational or senior executives to join a strategic cohort of peers and develop some critical leadership skills whilst developing insights into how to leverage coaching behaviours more widely within their own organisations to drive commercial returns.
The programmes cover day to day Operational Coaching™ skills, learning to become an internally accredited coach, as well as a full postgraduate level ILM 7 qualification. The courses are taught by some of the world’s top coaching experts in a fantastic venue, allowing you to really immerse yourself in an exciting learning journey.
We Offer Maximum Flexibility - So You Can Design Your Perfect Programme
At Notion we believe that training should have an impact so we have broken down our ILM 7 programme into 3 modules offering you complete flexibility to build a programme that best suits your timeframes and specific needs, whilst keeping the door open to upgrade at different points to a formal postgraduate level qualification should that be of interest.
Each module is a stand alone programme and link together to form the ILM7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors (formally known as the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring).

It's Held in an idyllic Venue for Immersive Learning
In order to immerse yourself in the programme, we have selected award winning venues. We typically run our programmes in one of our fabulous partner venues in Warwickshire, of which boast beautiful grounds and modern training facilities.
Your day delegate rates are already included in the programme and Notion have secured an outstanding rate for those who wish to stay overnight between workshop days, which includes full use of the venue facilities.

Benefits of the programme
- It's Flexible - At Notion we believe that training should have an impact so we have broken down our ILM 7 programme into 3 modules offering you complete flexibility to build a programme that best suits your timeframes and specific needs, whilst keeping the door open to upgrade at different points to a formal postgraduate level qualification should that be of interest.
- It's Strategic - The programme has been uniquely designed for Senior HR/L&D professionals. This means there will be a specific strategic and commercial edge to the training, as we will also explore how to best utilise coaching and develop coaching cultures within organisations successfully and in a way that is measurable. It also means your cohort peer group will only be made up of like-minded senior professionals.
- It's Results Driven - With a real focus on return on investment our pragmatic style means you will be able to see a real application back at your organisation. Enabling you to proactively support the adoption of a coaching culture and deliver one to one formal coaching sessions to the very highest levels alongside ‘on the job’ coaching within your management area.
- It's not Generic - This is not a generic training programme as it is taught by some of the UK’s most experienced and well respected Executive Business Coaches. All the theory is therefore translated into real live coaching examples and case studies, adding a wealth of context and knowledge to aid an exciting learning experience.
"Notion are a great company, there is a very personal approach in the courses. It’s all about engagement & implementation. With a real focus on your development, growth and challenging yourself."
"I want to let you know how pleased I have been with the decision to choose Notion. I procrastinated over which Coaching course to take for 2 years - none of them came with Amazon stars and independent user reviews. I finally took the plunge, and the experience has been everything I had hoped for."

The coaching circles were very useful as a small group we got on well and learnt from each other, in fact, we are still meeting now even after the coaching has finished. It was an eye opener and has given me lots of different insights."
