Established in 2000, we bring two decades of experience and provide a strategic partnership for many of our clients. We are an ILM-approved centre, an ELCAS approved provider, corporate members of the Association for Coaching and a registered supporting provider for the Apprenticeship Levy (ROATP).
Notion is gearing up for the next level of growth. To support this, we need to bring in a 2-3 Client Enrolment Managers to join our sales team.
Client Enrolment Manager
This is an exciting role for high calibre and passionate sales professionals to join a fast-growth ambitious and award-winning global brand in our Client Enrolment Team.

This is a telephone and zoom based role, located in our funky offices in the centre of Leamington Spa. The offices are COVID safe and we adhere to all Covid rules. We’ve been working from home as government guidelines dictate. We’re hoping to be able to fully return to the offices very soon.

When you’re not talking about STAR® you’ll be sharing information about our other services which includes our Senior Executive Coaching programmes where we support CEOs, Board Directors and other Senior Leaders in their bespoke programmes, as well as our academic Coaching and Management Qualifications which range from Level 3 to Level 7 postgraduate qualification programmes alongside our CPD and Supervision programmes for Internal Coaches. Our Clients are typically senior leaders within their organisations.

- Must be able to demonstrate previous success in sales (over phone or zoom) within a target driven environment
- Ability to spot new opportunities and understands how to develop and establish the needs of potential clients
- Top telephone manner - well-spoken, friendly, bright sunny, professional, quick and confident in speaking with clients on the telephone
- Confident communicator at all levels with a flexible and open manner
- Strong research skills, can get down to a handful of options quickly
- Accurate, detail-focused, with good grammar and spelling
- Good organisational skills, can stay on top of things and work in an organised way
- Confident, proactive, self-motivated and able to 'manage’ your responsibilities
- Good at working to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to think on your feet
- Can go beyond any ‘scripted responses’ to get a better outcome for the other person Ability to learn about our products and services and explain them to prospects in a way that resonates with their goals
- Previous experience working in Training Services or working with HR or L&D Senior Leaders is desirable
- Good knowledge of relevant systems and technology (e.g. CRM, Zoom, Website Management, Google Suite)

Other Information
We are recruiting two to three Full-time Permanent positions (...we are also open to people applying who are looking for more flexible or part-time roles)
This role will come with a competitive base salary which will be based on your experience. Having said that we are looking for people who are less interested in the basic rate and more interested in the uncapped potential that this role offers and the generous commission upside for high performers.
