Coach Training Programmes
We offer a wealth of coaching skills training programmes, from short online courses through to the graduate Level 6 Certified Master Coach programme.
Whilst most of these programmes are delivered 'in-house' in our client organisations, we do offer 'open' programmes to HR & L&D Professionals
Accredited Training Programmes for Internal Coaches
We offer a range of training programmes for Internal coaches. An overview of our programmes that we currently run within our client organisations are:
- STAR® Coach - for all leaders and line managers, at any level, in any organisation. Embeds Operational Coaching® skills enabling the learner to utilise a coaching style of management in all their interactions
- STAR® Manager - for leaders and managers that have responsibility for the development of their teams. Embeds Operational Coaching® skills enabling the learner to utilise a coaching style of management in all their interactions, as well as developing skills in delivering 1-to-1s, giving feedback and handling difficult conversations
- Level 6 Certified Master Coach - an degree level programme that embeds the skills to practice as an Internal Coach in their organisation, or as a professional Executive Coach
... plus a range of CPD workshops, webinars and coaching supervision for accredited coaches.
