Afternoon Tea at UHR Conference 2019

This week, Notion delivered the ‘Afternoon Tea’ session at the UHR Conference and Exhibition in Manchester. 60 senior HR leaders from universities across the UK joined our MD, Dominic, for his interactive workshop called ‘Leading the Cultural Revolution’ where he revealed the secrets of cultural transformation using new learning techniques.

Striking up a lively discussion, Dominic shared with delegates fascinating case studies, research and white papers that demonstrate how universities can bring about organisational change, and in doing so, drive increased levels of engagement, productivity and performance in the HE sector.
